Grand Valley Area Fee Agreement

Area included: Grand Junction, Fruita, Palisade, Glenwood Springs, Delta, Montrose, and Moab, Utah

· My fee is - $350.00

· Ceremonies requesting a rehearsal - $450.00

· A photo of the ceremony for my professional promotional materials is required.

· Moab, Glenwood Springs, Delta, and Montrose, a flat travel fee of $100.00

· Ceremonies held after 6:00pm in Moab, Glenwood Springs, Delta, or Montrose a flat lodging/meals fee of $200.00 (I will make own accommodations).

Fee includes the following:

· A 'get acquainted' appointment (in person, by phone, or email) to answer any questions you may have

· A follow-up appointment (in person, by phone, or email) for the creation of your personalized vows and ceremony

· Your custom written, personalized, and typed ceremony

· A review for approval of your ceremony

· Performing your wedding ceremony

· License signed and readied for the appropriate County Clerks Office.

· Note: Acquiring license from the appropriate County Clerks Office is the responsibility of each couple

· Posing for photographs

· Wardrobe considerations

· A personal keepsake hard copy of your ceremony will be given

· Rehearsal conducted for your wedding party (if requested)

· Note: In Moab, Glenwood Springs, Delta, and Montrose, day before rehearsals are not available. Written instructions can be provided

Non-refundable deposit

· Calendar dates are held on a first come first serve basis. When deposit is received (50% of your total fee) dates are booked.

· $175.00

· If a rehearsal is requested $225.00

· In Moab, Glenwood Springs, Delta, and Montrose - $225.00

· In Moab, Glenwood Springs, Delta, and Montrose afetr 6:00pm - $325.00

· Other remote locations will be agreed upon on a case-by-case basis

Grand Valley Area Fee Agreement

Immediately after the ceremony has been written and approved by the couple, (before the ceremony weekend), the balance of $ 175.00, $225.00 or $325.00, respectively, is due.
